Upfit of commercial tenant space where 60% is the fitness area. Highlights of upfit:

  • removed old upfit of chiropractors offices

  • replaced floor with LVP and Rolled rubber gym mat flooring

  • re worked office and bathroom spaces

  • added quiet rock to reduce noise

  • painted walls and ceilings

  • installed workout equipment
