Storybook Villas, a Design+Build partnership with Florida developer Harold Kessler and Emili McMakin AIA of Form and Function Architecture, is setting a new standard for luxury multifamily. These 13 premium townhomes offer:

• Optional elevators for accessibility
• Fireplaces, open decks, and long-range mountain views
• Robust HOA covering nearly all maintenance

Our integrated Design+Build process ensures top-tier craftsmanship and finishes, with Phase 2 villas on track for Fall 2025 move-ins. With only 13 units, these are moving fast—a prime opportunity for developers eyeing high-demand markets.
